A nonprofit supporting children's literacy is looking for a Program Manager to oversee approximately 85–100 clinical sites in Central and South-Central Pennsylvania. This role requires building relationships with medical providers, ensuring program quality, and providing on-the-ground support. Qualifications

• Ability to travel regularly across the assigned territory.
• Experience with program implementation and quality assurance support.
• Prior remote work experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess program fidelity and provide tailored support.
• Oversee completion of twice-yearly progress reports and maintain accurate data.
• Build relationships with early childhood education organizations and community partners.
