Philanthropy Northwest in Seattle, WA, seeks a Program Manager for The Learning Network to design and implement learning experiences for philanthropy professionals across six states. You will collaborate with members and stakeholders to curate timely, impactful programming that strengthens leadership and learning in the sector.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years managing nonprofit programs.
• Experience facilitating high-profile trainings and workshops.
• Understanding of adult learning design.
• Ability to travel occasionally across six-state region.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning programs for six-state philanthropy network.
• Develop skills-based trainings and workshops for leaders.
• Coordinate logistics: A/V, catering, scheduling.
• Develop and incorporate evaluation methodologies into programs.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with members and stakeholders.
• Participate in staff meetings and organizational development activities.
• Support democracy, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
