Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in youth development or education.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop staff across multiple sites.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of College Advising Mentor Specialists.
• Ensure a strong college-going culture at assigned campuses.
• Manage relationships with school administrators and support staff.
