• Deep South lived experience and knowledge of philanthropy across the region.
• Strong understanding of donor giving trends, donor-advised funds, capacity building, and nonprofit fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fund’s state and local giving infrastructure work in the Deep South and national grantmaking portfolio.
• Manage a portfolio of 40+ grant relationships; perform due diligence, grant recommendations, and monitor reports.
• Represent the Catalyst Fund across donor networks, speak at events, and collaborate with Fidelity Charitable teams.
