Job summary

The Chimes is seeking a Regional Director to lead multiple behavioral health programs across the region, driving performance, growth, and compliance to deliver high-quality care for communities served.

You will oversee program performance, budgets, staffing, and partnerships with community agencies, ensuring strong outcomes and responsible fiscal management. A master’s degree and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in behavioral health, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience overseeing mental health and/or substance use programs preferred.
• Professional licensure is preferred but not required.
• Must meet all required Pennsylvania background clearance requirements.
