Holcomb-Behavioral-Health-Systems is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead multiple behavioral health programs from our Upper Darby, PA location. You will drive operational excellence, oversee budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide staff development to support high-quality care.

The role focuses on expanding services regionally, building strong community partnerships, and advancing quality improvement initiatives within a mission-driven organization.

Formación

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• At least 5+ years in behavioral health, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience overseeing mental health and/or substance use programs.
• Licensure is preferred but not required.
• Must meet Pennsylvania background clearance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support multiple behavioral health programs and leadership teams.
• Develop strategies to improve quality, service delivery, and program growth.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, and leadership development.
• Manage program budgets, revenue, and operational performance.
• Build strong partnerships with community organizations, referral sources, and government agencies.
• Champion quality improvement initiatives and positive client outcomes.
