The Program Coordinator at Pride in North Carolina, LLC oversees the development and oversight of regional programs, serving on the Leadership Team and coordinating with the local LME and state agencies.

This role blends administrative and clinical supervision, hiring and training staff, budgeting, policy updates, and ensuring services meet licensure and accreditation standards, with 24/7 on-call crisis guidance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Professional credentials required.
• Minimum four years of management experience.
• On-call 24 hours a day for crisis guidance.
• Responsible for policy, procedures and budget oversight.
• Liaises with LME, state agencies and the regional office.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote programs to grow services.
• Develop new programs meeting licensure, monitoring and accreditation.
• Monitor compliance with rules and update policy manuals.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff.
• Oversee budget, staffing, payroll and billing processes.
• Lead quality assurance and training activities.
