Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field and four years of management experience.
• Qualified Professional required for clinical oversight and supervision.
• Experience with licensure, endorsement, monitoring, and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees programs within the region and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Markets the company and promotes new and existing programs.
• Provides administrative and clinical supervision to staff, including hiring and training.
• Maintains liaison with LME, state agencies, and the regional office; participates in crisis guidance.
• Monitors data quality in information systems and manages program records.
