Job summary

West Capital Lending seeks a regional Mortgage Sales Leader in Fort Lauderdale to drive loan production growth and market development. You will establish production goals, monitor pipelines, and analyze trends to seize opportunities.

You will recruit and coach Mortgage Loan Officers, manage performance, and lead a team across multiple branches while representing the company at industry events and community activities.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in good standing is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years mortgage lending experience.
• 3+ years leadership or sales management in mortgage brokerage/bank.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead mortgage sales professionals.
• Proven track record of increasing loan production and growth objectives.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loan products.
• Thorough understanding of federal and state mortgage lending regulations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Required Active NMLS license in good standing (required)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or sales management experience within a mortgage brokerage, mortgage bank, or retail lending environment
• Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and leading mortgage sales professionals
• Proven track record of increasing loan production and achieving growth objectives
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loan products
• Thorough understanding of federal and state mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and relationship-management skills.
