Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage seeks a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will lead a high-performing mortgage origination team while continuing to originate. The role emphasizes scaling impact through leadership without sacrificing personal production, and heavily relies on mentorship, coaching, and recruitment to build a stronger sales organization.

You will guide culture, drive performance, and maintain strong partner networks to sustain growth and profitability across the eastern

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance and able to handle difficult situations with branches/division.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Leadership driven by sales results, team development, training, and growth.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and general ledgers.

Regional Vice President / Producing Manager

We’re looking for a high-performing Loan Officer who is ready to step into leadership—without giving up production.

This is not a traditional management role. You won’t be buried in operations, fixing problems, or managing day-to-day workflows. What we’re looking for in a leader:

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles. Less experience may be considered given past achievements.
• You must have extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners to be considered for this position.
• Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of, and committed to, QC compliance.
• Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/ division.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership skills evolving from a passion for sales accomplishment, team development, training, and practice growth.
• Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General Ledgers, etc.)
