Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation seeks a Manager, Regional Product Marketing to lead omni-channel marketing for Soft Tissue Solutions. You will drive strategic plans, brand assets, training, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Global Marketing to grow revenue and market share.

You will develop data-driven digital strategies, forecast demand, and support education initiatives such as surgeon training courses and labs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering or related discipline required; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 2–5 years marketing experience in medical devices or related industry is required.
Direct marketing experience with regenerative tissue/wound reconstruction is a plus.
Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies across therapeutic areas and align cross-functional partners.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of omni-channel marketing plans aligned to revenue targets.
Define strategic product line priorities by evaluating competitors and market trends.
Develop brand assets and sales tools for promotion, training and education.
Collaborate with sales training to develop training plans and events for Soft Tissue Solutions.
Work with Global Marketing to position products and generate evidence across lifecycles.
Plan and participate in tradeshows and conferences to optimize product visibility.
