Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, Engineering, or Industrial Sales.
• Experience managing technical product portfolios in a B2B manufacturing environment.
• Ability to travel up to 20% annually.

Responsibilities

• Own regional product portfolio and full lifecycle management.
• Develop regional product strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities via customer insights, competitive intel, and market analysis.
• Support new product development and launches through Stage Gate processes.
• Coordinate with Global Product Management to align regional and global roadmaps.
