Job summary

Atlas Copco seeks a Regional Product Development Manager to act as a technical expert and strategic business partner across our Pasadena, Corpus Christi, and Freeport branches. You will collaborate with Sales Representatives, Branch Leadership, Operations, and Service teams to develop customer solutions, expand market opportunities, and drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in technical sales, equipment rental, or industrial services.
Knowledge of industrial equipment applications and customer solution development.
Experience leading training initiatives and mentoring sales personnel (preferred).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical expert for pumps, tanks, filtration systems, fluid handling equipment, bypass applications, and rental solutions.
Support sales reps by identifying customer requirements and recommending equipment solutions.
Provide guidance on complex applications, large projects, turnarounds, and specialty rentals.
Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and project planning to ensure equipment meets requirements.
Assist in project scoping, equipment sizing, and application reviews.
