Job summary

PENN Entertainment seeks a Regional Director of Procurement to lead regional sourcing, contracting, and P2P activities across multiple properties in the region. You will drive supplier relationships, cost savings, and compliance with enterprise sourcing strategies.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering savings in a complex, multi-site environment. Travel across properties is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or related field.
• Seven or more years in procurement, with five+ in leadership.
• Experience leading remote or geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven ability to develop strategic sourcing across multiple regions.
• Strong negotiation and contract skills across various contract types.
• Working knowledge of eProcurement systems (e.g., Coupa).

Responsibilities

• Directs regional Purchasing and Warehouse operations across properties.
• Translates sourcing strategy into regional plans with key stakeholders.
• Serves as the regional expert for the procure-to-pay system and contract lifecycle management.
• Manages budgets, analyzes spend, and identifies cost savings opportunities.
• Leads team development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Ensures compliance with licensing, regulations, and diverse spend requirements.
