Ministry of Justice in National scope seeks a Regional Property Operations Manager for New Prisons. You will lead regional estates management, oversee the custodial TFM contract, and drive performance across APOMs, ensuring governance and delivery to stakeholders.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget management, and collaboration with HOPO and Prison Group Director to maximise asset value and ensure compliant, efficient estate operations. On-call hours and site presence are expected.

Responsibilities

• Witnessing and commissioning; Design Lead for Critical Systems; part of the design team for layout of a new prison; Training; Work stream lead for mobilisation; Organise defects process; Organise handover procedures; part of Post Occupancy Evaluation.
