Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Regional Hourly Primary Care Provider (MD/DO, NP, or PA) to deliver flexible, hourly coverage across a defined region. You will support several Oak Street Health centers by providing high-quality patient care, diagnosing and managing conditions, and maintaining continuity during leaves and peak periods.

This role offers ultimate flexibility with shifts based on availability. A competitive hourly pay, mileage reimbursement for travel between clinics, and benefits

Qualifications

• MD/DO graduate with board certification or eligibility.
• Board-certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
• MSN/DNP or NP certificate holder required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Maintain EMR data.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet quality goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
