Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO or NP/PA path with board certification or board eligibility.
• Active, unrestricted state license and DEA license.
• Willingness to commit to at least 2 years and 24 DPC hours/month.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients at local clinics.
• Oversee and deliver primary care services for the region.
• Prescribe medications and manage EMR data.
• Coordinate with regional and central leadership to meet quality goals.
