Stotz Equipment is seeking a Precision Golf Manager to lead precision technology initiatives across golf and turf sectors. You will guide strategy, collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners, and develop services that enhance efficiency and performance for customers.

The role requires 5+ years in golf, agriculture, or tech, with a solutions-based mindset and travel to store locations and customer sites. Competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in golf, agriculture, or technology-related role.
• Experience in sales, service, training, or related operations preferred.
• Proven solutions-based approach to customer needs.
• Strong strategic thinking, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership to influence and develop teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient with precision technology tools and GPS systems.
• Knowledge of John Deere Precision Ag or similar systems preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly to store locations and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategic direction for precision technology in golf and turf.
• Provide leadership for precision technology products and initiatives.
• Collaborate with service, parts, and sales to design and deliver solutions.
• Identify resources and manage internal/external relationships.
• Set goals and drive adoption of precision golf products across the network.
• Oversee rollout and integration of new technology offerings.
• Define scope and business model for consulting services.
• Align precision solutions with marketing and training programs.
• Coordinate with Parts Managers to ensure inventory of precision solutions.
• Provide solutions-based consulting to optimize performance and reduce costs.
