Rapsodo, Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Golf software products. You will own the product strategy, work with Engineering and Commercial teams, and use AI tools to speed research and delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in B2B software, with strong communication and leadership; MBA is a plus. This full-time, on-site position offers growth opportunities within a global sports-tech company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA advantageous but not required.
Minimum five years of Product Management experience within B2B or B2B2C software environments, including at least two years’ at a senior or management level.
Proven experience defining product strategy from customer insights, market research and business data, and driving execution through launches.
Translating ambiguous customer needs into product requirements that Engineering can build.
Strong experience writing PRDs, managing backlogs, prioritizing sprint work and shipping software with Engineering.
Accountability when Commercial and Engineering priorities conflict to optimize outcomes.
Experience with internationally distributed Engineering teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging senior leaders and technical teams.
Comfortable as the senior or sole Product Manager for an entire product line.
Ability to leverage AI tools to improve product management quality and efficiency.
Desirable: experience leading and coaching Product Managers

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for Rapsodo Golf software, aligning priorities with customer needs, business objectives, and measurable adoption, retention and revenue targets.
Bridge customers, Commercial teams and Engineering, translating market insights into clear product direction.
Conduct structured customer discovery and market research to prioritize requirements.
Build interactive prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted tools to validate ideas.
Leverage AI throughout development to improve research, requirements, and communication.
Write PRDs and work with Engineering to scope and deliver releases from concept to launch.
Prioritize backlog across international Engineering teams considering value, priorities and constraints.
Define and monitor KPIs for adoption, engagement, retention and commercial impact.
Conduct competitive analysis to inform positioning and roadmap decisions.
