Pape’ Machinery, Inc. – Agriculture & Turf Division is seeking a Precision Ag Specialist in Colfax, WA and Moscow, ID. You will serve as the regional expert for John Deere Precision Ag and related solutions, helping customers configure, quote, set up, and support our products, while driving solution sales and providing training.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer relations skills required.
• Ability to identify issues related to Precision Agriculture and related technology.
• Strong communication with customers by phone and in person.
• Experience in Product Support department operations and meeting customer expectations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional expert and first line of support for configuring and supporting John Deere Precision Ag and related products.
• Drive precision ag solution sales and assist customers with troubleshooting.
• Provide training and knowledge to Pape’ team on all precision ag products.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
