Pape’ Machinery, Inc. – Agriculture & Turf Division is seeking a Precision Ag Specialist to serve as the regional expert across Colfax, WA and Moscow, ID. You will help customers configure, quote, set up, and support John Deere Precision Ag and other integrated solutions.

The role emphasizes driving precision ag solution sales, troubleshooting, and training teammates. A strong entrepreneurial mindset, organization, and teamwork are essential, with benefits and a strong work-life balance offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer relations skills are required.
• Ability to identify issues related to Precision Agriculture and related technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers by phone and in person.
• Experience in Product Support department operations and managing customer expectations.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional expert and first line of support for John Deere Precision Ag and related products.
• Configure, quote, set up, and support Precision Ag solutions across departments.
• Explain customer value of the Precision Ag strategy and product features.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and best practices for using their products.
• Provide training and knowledge support to Pape’ team on precision ag products.
