Job summary

AVE - PLP, LLC is seeking a Regional Product Innovation Specialist to work with our sales team and customers on Precision Ag technology, hardware, software, and resources aimed at improving efficiency and profitability.

This role involves supporting the sales team, delivering regional demonstrations, and training frontline staff on our technology portfolio, including Operations Center and upgrade kits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in an agricultural-related role including sales, service, training, or related work.
• Associate degree or higher in an agricultural-related major or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve challenging customer issues.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and responsive to business needs.
• Driven to achieve results with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to multitask, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of building relationships via phone and web communications.
• Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own market saturation of current technology offerings including hardware, software, and tools like Operations Center.
• Support the sales team by providing expertise in technology offerings and Operations Center functionality during calls.
• Partner with location sales teams to identify prospective demos of technology and equipment.
• Assist in test plot preparation, planting, spraying, and harvest with the New Product Innovation Specialist.
• Develop front-line team capabilities through product and support-tool training.
• Execute regional equipment and technology demos of current offerings.
• Serve as regional expert on Performance Upgrade Kits and support sales in customer conversations.
• Lead internal and external training on Precision Ag products, services, and resources.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive attitude, representing one face to customers.
