Encompass Healthcare is seeking a hands-on leader to support daily operations across a multi-site long-term care market in the Lancaster area, staying closely connected to teams and provider scheduling while building strong partner relationships.

You will supervise providers, coordinate across facilities, monitor budgets and performance metrics, ensure compliance with reimbursement models and regulatory standards, and travel within the market to drive steady growth and real impact.
