• Experience managing multiple properties
• Proficient in MS Office (email, Word, Excel)

• Oversee on-site staff and contractors ensuring asset integrity
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies
• Review budgets and financial reports; approve payments and expenditures
• Ensure administration and compliance with company policies and procedures
