• Active State Licensure
• Ability to supervise and support physical therapist assistants and students

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans and document patient progress.
• Coach patients and teach therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Provide patient education and discharge summaries.
• Maintain patient records in the electronic system and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and communicate patient progress.
