Sweetwater Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in the United States. This permanent/direct-hire role offers day shifts and a competitive annual salary with bonus opportunities.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions, document care in the Raintree EMR, and maintain a caseload of about 50 visits per week with AI-assisted tools that streamline documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsabilités

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with the support of AI-driven tools that help streamline and reduce documentation time
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
