Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as a regional floater across Clarksville, Pleasant View, and Ashland City, TN. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, design and implement individualized plans, and maintain records while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

This role emphasizes professional growth, mentorship, and community outreach, with a focus on clinical excellence and compassionate care within a growing regional network.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• New graduates encouraged to apply and licensed TN PT.
• CPR certification and ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with EMR, databases, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations evaluating ROM, strength, balance, and ADLs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare facility reports.
• Interact professionally with patients, families and staff.
• Supervise PT aides, technicians, and students as directed.
• Support outreach and professional development activities.
• Adhere to state regulations and APTA code of ethics.
