Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician 2 to support two CenterWell Senior Primary Care clinics in the Kansas City area. You will obtain new prescriptions and refills, assist pharmacists, input prescription data, and handle basic administrative tasks in a patient-facing role.

This role reports to a Pharmacist Lead and requires MO/KS licensure, prior pharmacy technician experience, and TB screening. Hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST, with potential PTO coverage.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri and Kansas Pharmacy Board license.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• TB screening required for Humana/SeniorBridge program.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, count, and measure drugs.
• Assist Pharmacist in price-checking and restocking of drugs.
• Access, input, and retrieve prescription information from computer.
• Refer physicians' calls and medical questions to pharmacist.
• May operate a cash register.
• Follow department policies with some discretion.
• Work within defined parameters with some latitude over prioritization.
