Experience working with relational databases.

Responsibilities

Provides pharmaceutical care oversight for patient populations in the region.
Reviews and optimizes regional drug use using utilization data.
Collaborates with leadership on regional and system committees.
Educates patients and health professionals on optimal drug therapy; may precept students.
Develops and implements strategies to improve drug use and patient outcomes.
Maintains methods for providing drug information in collaboration with the Product Line.
