Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Michigan is seeking a Pharmacy Specialist to lead planning, development, and implementation of advanced pharmacy systems and services. You will work independently to resolve complex issues and mentor staff to elevate practice standards.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to research and education, and drive improvements in patient care across the institution. A PharmD with residency and 3–5 years of experience, plus Michigan licensure, is required.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Completion of a residency training program or hospital pharmacy experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmacist experience.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan.
• Record of research and publication in the field of pharmacy.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Completion of a residency training program or equivalent experience in hospital pharmacy practice.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmacist experience or equivalent training.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed Level II pharmacist practice standards.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Proven leadership abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Record of research and publication in the field of pharmacy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with pharmacy students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
• History of reliability, dependability, and willingness to assume additional responsibilities.
