Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Managers and associates to run the pharmacy.
• Oversee professional and business operations within the pharmacy dept.
• Identify store-level sales and marketing opportunities with the Store Manager.
• Supervise duties of all pharmacy associates and train staff.
• Ensure staffing, safety, and adherence to standard practices.
• Immunize customers per company policy and guidelines.
• Maintain customer service and communications within the department.
