Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the People & Culture functions to align with WesleyLife strategies.
• Partner with CPCO and leaders on HR strategy, compliance and workforce planning.
• Oversee talent management, performance, employee relations and rewards.
• Drive culture-building, wellbeing programs and data-driven HR initiatives.
