Job summary

Falck is seeking a Regional People & Culture Manager to lead P&C initiatives across multiple locations, including California and Florida, from our Orange, CA office. You will drive strategic partnerships with leaders and sites to design and implement programs that shape the employee experience and culture.

This role reports to the Senior People & Culture Manager and involves overseeing HR operations, change management, and compliance while partnering with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Demonstrated experience advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational issues.
• Highly organized with excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work through ambiguity.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor to assigned business leaders and build relationships with leaders to understand priorities.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and leadership effectiveness.
• Support organizational change initiatives with change management and communication planning.
• Promote a positive employee experience aligned with values and culture.
• Ensure HR documentation and system transactions are accurate and timely.
• Partner with Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and Labor Relations to deliver People & Culture services.
• Contribute to enterprise P&C initiatives and standardized policies.
