Job Description

MBK Real Estate seeks a Regional People and Culture Manager to support our Central & Northern California communities. This role involves travel from home, supporting HR programs, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining HR records at the community level.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing HR support to multiple business units
• Collaborating on recruiting and staffing strategies
• Leading implementation of HR systems, policies, and programs
• Handling employee relations, performance management, and investigations
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Supporting payroll, benefits, and training needs
• Traveling regionally (+40%) to visit communities regularly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years HR experience in a multi-state service organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and HR systems

Physical & Work Environment

• Must be mobile and able to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

Compensation

$140,000 - $155,000 annually + bonus.
