We are seeking a Regional People and Culture Manager to join our team! This role is travel-from-home, supporting our communities in Central & Northern California.
Responsible for implementing and executing HR programs at the community level within the Senior Living industry. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, provides support to managers and employees, and maintains HR records.
Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 annually + bonus. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, life/disability insurance, paid time off, leadership development, and more.
