The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Research Nurse Manager to provide operational and strategic leadership for pediatric clinical research activities, supporting clinical trials and research participants. The role oversees research operations, personnel management, compliance, and quality initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant conduct of pediatric studies.

Formación
- Five years registered nursing experience including two years in research nursing and two years in supervisory roles.
- RN license in Texas with current BLS and CPR.
- Preferred ACLS and PALS certifications per patient care area.
Responsabilidades
- Provides strategic and operational leadership for the Pediatric Clinical Research Program at MD Anderson and the Kinder Children’s Cancer Center.
- Oversees research operations, quality control, compliance, and staff development for pediatric clinical research.
- Directs workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of research staff.
- Ensures adherence to institutional, state, and federal regulations and fosters a culture of safety and quality.
