Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Basic Science or related field; four years of related experience may substitute.
• Five years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Experience coordinating interventional clinical trials and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with AE/SAE reporting preferred.
• Knowledge of REDCap, Epic, CTMS, and Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Strong data management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple studies with rapid scale up and high patient volume in a complex trial.
• Lead feasibility by reviewing protocol and study logistics such as staffing and resources.
• Screening and enrollment of patients for studies.
• Educate participants and obtain informed consent as required.
• Collect, document, and enter study data; ensure FDA and trial reporting compliance.
• Communicate with Investigators and Sponsors; maintain study documents.
