Qualifications
- Five years Registered nursing experience including two years in research nursing and two years in supervision.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Texas and relevant certifications listed.
- Lead and advance pediatric clinical research operations and quality initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational leadership for the Pediatric Clinical Research Program.
- Oversee staffing, workflow, and resource allocation to support pediatric trials.
- Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal requirements; quality and safety focus.
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and departments to advance research goals.
