About the Role:
Join Neurocrine Biosciences as a Regional Patient Access Manager (RPAM) to provide support and education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Specialty Pharmacies (SPs), and Closed Door Pharmacies (CDPs). You will maximize patient access to our products, ensure efficient distribution, and communicate coverage issues, patient financial support programs, and payer policies, with a strong understanding of regional and national payer processes. The territory includes San Diego, Santa Monica, Long Beach, Anaheim, and Irvine; candidates should reside in this area and be able to drive to these locations. Experience in Specialty Sales and Field Access is a plus.

The estimated annual base salary range is $142,600 - $206,400, with individual pay depending on location, responsibilities, experience, and skills. The role includes an annual bonus target of 30%, participation in our long-term incentive program, and benefits such as retirement plans, paid leave, and health coverage.
