About the Role:
Join Neurocrine Biosciences as a Regional Patient Access Manager (RPAM) and be at the forefront of providing crucial support services and education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), as well as Specialty Pharmacies (SPs) and Closed Door Pharmacies (CDPs). In this role, you'll have the opportunity to maximize patient access to Neurocrine Biosciences' products and ensure efficient distribution network operations. Your impact will extend to communicating coverage issues, patient financial support programs, and payer coverage policies with a deep understanding of regional and national payer processes. Collaborate across departments, provide training, and streamline workflow strategies, all while upholding the highest standards of ethical and compliant business practices. The territory covers San Diego, Santa Monica, Long Beach, Anaheim, and Irvine; the ideal candidate will live in this geography and be able to drive to these locations. Recent Specialty Sales and Field Access Experience is a plus.

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $142,600.00-$206,400.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as location, role complexity, job duties, experience, and skills. This position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the base salary and eligibility for our long-term incentive program. Benefits include a retirement plan with company match, paid vacation, holidays, personal days, caregiver/parental leave, medical benefits, and health coverage.
