• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in media or advertising.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills to engage parish leaders and local business owners.
• Ability to manage a territory, organize outreach activities, and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
• Comfort with in-person meetings, phone calls, and follow-up communication in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated work style, with the capacity to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
• Knowledge of Catholic parish life and faith-based communities is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular visits to parishes and local businesses in the North Phoenix Region.

Responsibilities

• Assist the National Director of Parish Partnerships through relationship building with pastors and parish leaders.
• Launch new parish magazine partnerships and support partnerships by securing local business sponsors.
• Prospect and conduct cold outreach; perform in-person and phone meetings to explain value of parish-centered media.
• Guide partners through the sales process from initial contact to closing and maintain a sales pipeline.
