Regional Painter
The CASA Healthcare Team is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Regional Painter to join our team. In this role, you will work across CASA Facilities in Indiana and will provide a strong contribution to the appearance, safety, and functionality of our campuses while contributing to a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

Essential Responsibilities
- This position is field based with travelto various Casa facilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the role.
- Paint and refinish interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and furniture.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
- Perform routine preparatory maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facilities.
- Assist with preventative maintenance projects and work order completion at all campuses.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to facility requests.
- Collaborate with facilities to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained environment.
Qualifications
- Previous painting experience required
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while taking direction from multiple sources.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to facilities throughout Lake County Indiana.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing ladders, and moving equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
