Job summary

CopperPoint Insurance Companies seeks a Regional Product Manager to drive portfolio performance across all commercial P&C lines within the assigned region. You will assess portfolio health, identify profitability opportunities, and deliver analysis and recommendations that influence results.

This high-visibility role sits in a newly established product management function, offering influence over regional performance and collaboration with field leadership to align on growth and risk strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Math/Actuarial Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of analytical work in a professional setting, with experience in property & casualty insurance.
• Demonstrated experience monitoring portfolio or product performance and translating results into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional portfolio performance, including profitability, growth, retention, and rate adequacy across all lines.
• Turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that influence execution and results.
• Build and implement action plans, project outcomes, drive to completion, and monitor results.
• Assess portfolio health and inform regional strategy and planning.
• Conduct book dissection, loss analysis, and retention and new business trend analysis.
• Ensure pricing is competitive with proper risk segmentation and market research.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to shape regional strategy.
• Present portfolio results and recommendations to senior leadership.
