NRCM is seeking a Regional Outreach Coordinator in Franklin County, ME, to build trusted relationships, gather local perspectives, and drive environmental priorities across the region. Location: Franklin County, Maine – hybrid (some office, remote, and travel requirements)
Classification: Full-time, Regular, Exempt
Schedule: 40 hours/week; Monday – Friday, flexibility provided due to expected attendance at evening and weekends events.
Salary: Band B – $54,814 - 63,637

As Regional Outreach Coordinator, you will be NRCM’s primary relationship-builder in Franklin County and the surrounding region. You’ll listen to local perspectives, identify common ground, bring people together, and create opportunities for residents to become involved in issues that affect their communities.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Outreach & Campaigns, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across NRCM to connect statewide environmental priorities with the interests, experiences, and leadership of people in rural Maine.
This position requires frequent regional travel, periodic travel to NRCM’s Augusta office and other locations, and occasional evening, weekend, and overnight work.
