Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 21 years of age or older per FMCSA regulations; minimum driving experience stated as 1 year.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must be registered with FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• HazMat, Tanker, and Doubles endorsements required.
• Must meet FMCSA medical exam; pass a road test.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to operate in various terrains and weather conditions.
• Ability to read and speak English per FMCSA requirements.
• Employee must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer to transport freight safely following FMCSA and company regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain trip records.
• Adhere to safety policies, compliance, and code of conduct.
• Deliver professional, courteous service to customers and the public.
• May use in-cab technology and adapt to different schedules.
