Qualifications

• 21 years of age required per FMCSA regulations
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required
• Must pass a FMCSA medical exam
• Must pass a road test
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of equipment to perform safety functions and adapt to terrain and conditions
• Drive tractor/trailer in compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies
• Maintain records as required by local, state and federal regulations
• Ensure safe and legal transportation of hazardous materials
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues
• Interact with customers and uphold professional service standards
• Possess capability to work independently or in a team and meet deadlines
