Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers seeks a Regional Executive Leader for Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP) to oversee multiple clinics, drive operational excellence, and expand access to recovery. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in leadership within healthcare or SUD treatment, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of leadership or management experience within substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field.
Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations and leading teams.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
Experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and organizational outcomes.
Excellent leadership, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily administration and operational performance of multiple OTP clinics within the assigned region.
Provide leadership and direction to clinic administrators and leadership teams; ensure operational consistency across locations.
Manage regional performance against operational and financial objectives; achieve budget targets.
Coach and develop clinic leadership teams; support succession planning and leadership development.
Build relationships with referral sources, payers, regulators, and community stakeholders; enhance Pinnacle's visibility and reputation.
