Job summary

Keene State College seeks a dynamic leader to oversee the OSHA Training Institute Education Center Region 1. You will direct a team of staff, SMEs, and adjunct instructors, aligning programs with OSHA requirements and performance goals.

The role focuses on sales, enrollment growth, marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships across six New England states. Responsibilities include budgeting, contract negotiations, and coordinating training locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in relevant field with emphasis on sales and marketing.
• 7 years of experience with at least 5 years in supervisory roles.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced guidance and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Education Center team to success while complying with established manuals and performance goals.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs to ensure quality, accountability, and compliance across all programs.
• Direct marketing efforts, enrollment forecasts, and budgeting for the Center; manage 25+ adjuncts/contract staff.
• Oversee staff, instructors, and contractors; plan workload and evaluate performance for efficiencies.
• Coordinate with regional partners and stakeholders to secure contracts and expand training locations.
