Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Optical Networking.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel within North America and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage products for North American customers, aligning Nokia's roadmap with their network evolution.
• Gather and prioritize feature requests from sales and customers to address roadmap gaps.
• Prioritize requests across North America and other regions for impact.
• Provide innovative network solutions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams on pricing strategies and approvals.
• Support sales regions in achieving bookings targets and profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities for insights.
• Work with account teams to understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
• Document and present product strategies and roadmaps to stakeholders.
