Job summary

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to provide strategic, multi-unit leadership across Northern New England, including Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and surrounding markets.

You will oversee the region's operation, growth, and profitability, travel regularly to sites for training and support, and partner with executive chefs, directors, and business leaders to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related field, or equivalent comparable experience.
• Confirmed ability to manage a team of six or more manager-level team members.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in multi-unit management with a focus on Food Services.
• Strong track record of driving customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast paced and P&L environment.
• Shown ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs the operation of the assigned accounts to meet KPIs.
• Develops direction for the team and communicates strategy.
• Implements region policies to maximize income from accounts.
• Supports clinical and patient service programs meeting client needs and regulations.
• Participates in sales for new business opportunities.
• Monitors financial reports to ensure budget compliance and goals.
• Motivates and develops management personnel for regional efficiency.
• Maintains client satisfaction and account retention.
• Trains, mentors, and develops regional staff to achieve goals.
